ABOUT ME
I tend to introduce myself as a property entrepreneur because it is the active, hands-on side of property investment and cashflow maximising strategies that I am most passionate about.
I haven’t always had my own business and for most of my life I would never have even dreamt that one day I would start creating wealth through property investment or help anybody else with it. However, I have always been fortunate to have life open up doors for me and present opportunities I would never have envisioned.
The first one of those was meeting my now husband whilst working as a waitress during a gap year in London in 2011 which led to me never turning home (in Poland), setting off the world’s longest gap year and subsequently leading to us starting our beautiful family which now also includes our resolute daughter Alice (also known in our household as The Little Miss Chievous).
Shortly after meeting my husband, I decided to start a degree at the University of London and simultaneously pursue a teaching career which I stayed in until our daughter was both in early 2018. The arrival of the little creature we had been waiting for for so long made me reassess my life and decide to find a way to replace my teacher salary and find an alternative source of income so that I didn’t have to return to work, but instead have the flexibility of staying at home with our daughter.
This was the beginning of my serviced accommodation business which allowed to me fall in love with property and entrepreneurship and led to many fantastic opportunities, including starting a career of a public speaker and trainer (which has allowed the educator part of me to flourish even after leaving formal education settings).
I am a self-confessed geek (who is often found creating flowcharts and going over spreadsheets on Friday nights) and a property investor passionate about value uplifts and bringing properties to their full potential (there is something truly beautiful in the idea of being able to leave every space better than we had found it).
When not working on the business, networking or training, I love country walks with my family, climbing trees, keeping fit and quiet evenings with a book by the fire.

Pay As U Stay is a property management company specialising in serviced accommodation, often referred to as the short-term lettings market.
