Hi, I’m Jo and I’m a property entrepreneur based on the border of Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, and Cambridgeshire. If you’ve landed on this page, somebody has either mentioned my name to you, you heard me speak at some event, or you came across one of my businesses. Whatever it is that has brought here - welcome and thank you for taking the time to read this paragraph.

We wanted to get into Serviced accommodation business but due to our full-time work we couldn't manage it on our own. Working with Joanna has been a most satisfying and profitable experience. Joanna was transparent, professional and communicative. She has a great team of tradespeople, agents and a solicitor, who has been extremely helpful and flexible. The deal she came up with was so well structured, there was literally no way I could not have profited. She included the risk of her dying in her list of the worst case scenarios. All eventualities to assure my investment were covered. I received regular updates and she delivered on time. To begin with, I was given a detailed breakdown of the property, comparables in the area and projected costs and realistic potential revenue. There were also site visits where I was shown how the work was progressing. The target for receiving my dividend was between 6 and nine months. I received full payment at the beginning of the 7th month. Joanna has shown the ability to draw up realistic and workable plans, to transform (in my case) a shabby studio, to a bright, desirable one-bedroom flat. As someone who had become very sceptical about joint ventures, having had a couple of bad experiences,I can honestly say that my faith has been restored and I shall be expecting the same level of professionalism in the future. I had never worked with Joanna before, but would not hesitate to invest with her in the future.
